RIO – RIO AI Mobile Security

03 / Mobile Security

Mobile AI security tower. Where it is needed.

RIO brings Edge AI, solar power and 5G into a mobile security tower. Defined zones are monitored for people, vehicles and objects – deterrence on the device, orchestration through SARA.

Features

Everything that matters on site.

  • Human detection

People in monitored zones, after hours or around high-value assets.

  • Vehicle detection

Vehicles that stop, park or use controlled lanes.

  • Object detection

Relevant objects including PPE in mandatory zones and high-priority risk items.

  • SARA orchestration

ROSA detects and deters at the edge. SARA takes the incident from detection to resolution.

RIO in the field.

  • RIO 360 with tandem ROSA
  • RIO 180 for directional coverage
  • RIO Mini for compact sites

The components.

  • RIO 360

Two ROSA units, full 360° coverage, NVIDIA Edge AI, largest solar array.

  • RIO 180

One ROSA unit for entries, corridors and directional perimeters.

  • RIO Mini

Compact variant for smaller sites with 360° core analytics.

  • Power & mast

Solar, battery storage and a 16-foot telescopic mast. Deployed by forklift or flatbed.

Detection to Resolution

RIO in a connected security process.

Hardware detects and acts on site. SARA orchestrates verification, talk-down, escalation and documentation.

Digital processes

State-of-the-art
security technology.

The same digital operating standards as in the field: complete documentation, traceable timestamps and a fit into your workflows.

Digital guard book

Our digital guard book documents every incident completely – securely, transparently and always available.

VdS-compliant timestamps & response times

Precise timestamps according to VdS guidelines ensure reliable tracking and fast response times.

High security and quality standards

Encrypted data transfer, VPNs and certified systems meet the highest standards of quality and data protection.

Integration into your processes

Our systems integrate into your existing workflows – automated processes without extra effort.

Technology meets
operational security.

AEGIS Protect connects modern security technology with operational security processes – from security automation to incident reporting. Together we analyse the environment, risks and existing infrastructure and develop a matching security concept.

Questions before you enquire.

It complements them. Autonomous systems take detection, verification and documented escalation. People stay where judgement, de-escalation or intervention is required. Whether headcount can drop depends on the site and the operating model – not the brochure.
After verification comes the agreed path: talk-down, internal escalation or intervention. AEGIS can run that through our own control room and intervention services. Without that second step every camera is just an alarm generator.
Video and audio must match the purpose, signage and retention period. We settle that before go-live: who sees what, for how long, and which talk-down is even lawful. No system goes live without that alignment.
RIO is built for changing and often off-grid sites (solar, mobile data, defined zones). AVA needs power at the lane and can continue locally if the WAN drops. Winter, snow and sight lines belong in the site survey – they are an operations question, not a slogan.
There is no list price. Effort depends on area, number of systems, control-room connection and the intervention you want. In the first call we decide whether a pilot, a temporary site or a standing operation makes sense.
Both. Operators review the site with us. Security companies can offer software and systems through us and stay the contact for their own customers. That path starts with a partner conversation, not the product form.
